My friend has been on my account for the past few months with his Warrior "Dragon Slick". He started in Ascalon, made it to Lions Arch, took a ferry to Factions and purchased the Kurzick armor from House Zu Heltzer. He also collected 2 halloween masks.
A few weeks ago, he purchased his own account (original, Factions and Nightfall). I transferred his armor and his masks over from my account to his, I then deleted Dragon Slick, and my friend made a new Dragon Slick on his account. After completing Pre-Searing, he accessed Ascalon City but when he tried on his Kurzick armor on, it doesn't work. Nothing happens... it's the same case with the masks.
How come? It says "customized for Dragon Slick" and his character name is Dragon Slick. I don't understand.

Because it's not actually customised for the name, it's customised for the character that made them. There is a unique identifing number attached to each character, items customised for that character get the number tagged so that this situation doesn't occur.
