Screenshot: Guild Wars' Most Wanted applications! New contest!

hehe Yep, won't be for a while but here's what I'll do:

After the 15th (when the applications are due) I'll post everyone's entry shots. Then, when the judges have decided who will be entered in the competition, I'll post those pictures too. Especially since most of the applicants have more than one photo.

I'm so excited! hehe One of the judges informed me that they'll be on vacation for the holidays so it's possible this competition will be postponed until they get back. Either that, or I can bring in my backup judge. It depends on the dates. I told them the competition will begin on the 29th, so...yeah. lol Good luck everyone! And thanks to all who are going to be watching! And congrats to Kit for winning Tyria's Next Top Superstar!

That sounds like fun (posting photos) so that people has something to look in on...are you going to have a feedback thread started once your competition gets rolling? I always loved the outtakes Helped pass the time and got quite a few laughs.

I am curious, what professions/male or female do you still not entrants for? Might make a difference in what your future applicants send in...I love diversity and would love to see this develop into a real good mix of profs as as guys and girls ;D -just curious

1 female necromancer (Corrupt Rosary)
1 male necromancer (Xanthier Lizarous)
2 male warriors (Halmyr the Patient & Marco Furion)
1 female mesmer (Scarlet Renoux)
1 male assassin (Ill Zeratul Ill)

Lots more I can have yet. hehehe

Teehee ^.^ I'll be watching this for sure. I'll post this in the Guild announcement or you can just let spam it in alliance chat to let everyone know I may have to pull out those incriminating screenies I have of various Guild members as blackmail for them to get involved. LOL!!

Haha, I just figured out this competition might turn into the battle of the genders. Funn stuff, watch out boys!

Ooo the competition is fierce. It's heating up! *talks in a scary voice then bursts into evil laughter* lol

Anyway...I've been spending lots of times reviewing all the applications. Remember, they're due on Dec. 15 and only 10 people can enter. Go crazy! lmao I also spent most of my morning take screenshots for the assignments I've come up with. Let me just say, it's hard to get a good shot with a weapon while fighting mobs who like to run around you and turn you around so you face them, messing up your background. Not to mention henchies running around in the shots and messing it up. hehe

I can't wait to see how my first contest turns out! If I've done the dates correctly the assignments will be as follows (in regards to when they'll be posted):

Assignment #1: Dec. 29
Assignment #2: Jan. 5
Assignment #3: Jan. 12
Assignment #4: Jan. 19
Assignment #5: Jan. 26
Assignment #6: Feb. 2
Assignment #7: Feb. 9
Assignment #8: Feb. 16
Assignment #9: Feb. 23

And the results for the grand finale will probably be posted on Feb. 29 or Mar. 1. Of course, this is subject to change because you never know if something will come up with the judges and such. But the first assignment will be posted on Dec. 29, no exceptions.

hehe True but I had to get a certain shot of my bow and the only way to do that is to attack. You'll see it in the assignments when they're posted.

Ahh I can soooo identify with you on that Tender /reminisces about getting last shot with Crystal Dragon in Glint's Lair...trying to balence build so I didn't kill the dragon and he didn't kill me lol...time the shot so he looks good,Kiti looks good, and use of skill looks good..1000 shots later

If you haven't tried to do an action shot using an emote or skill while fighting with a mob/boss and dragging henchies go practice trying to pull off a great shot and see what it takes to do such cuz you already got a hint that its coming!
