Minister Cho's HM

Please get rid of all the "click on the mini map to make a stupid dot appear" when you're on Hard Mode, and then lower the time for masters title.


It's really annoying trying to HM this mission being taught how to play the game. If I beat Cantha and got to lvl 20, I'm pretty sure I know how to play this game, let alone if I'm attempting HM with 4 players.

So please, skip all the speeches about "omgzors click to make a dot on the mini map omgwtfbbq!" and just lower the time needed to complete the quest

Have to agree with the OP. This is the only HM mission I have done (a friend asked me along), but the game tutorial stuff was really pretty ridiculous.

"You see that dot, Grasshopper? That be a big bad boss!"

Seriously though, it seems sort of a minor change to me at this point.

I'd like it if that stuff was removed because it would make solo farming it in HM easier.

I know the feeling. It's sooo irritating doing it over and over in normal mode. Add that in hard mode and it's even worse. I don't know if it's impossible to not get master's in normal mode and if with the dialogs it would be the same in hard mode but...yeah. Still annoying. I say if the character is level 20 it shouldnt' exist either.

Go HM solo farm outside of Zen Daijin Gardens within Minister Cho's explorable. Works better.

Actually if you 55 Mo/N or N/Mo it is easier with that stuff, as you can use consume corpse to travel to corpses, not triggering Togo's action, and thus don't have to worry about him getting killed and failing the mission

But /signed nonetheless. It seems a bit absurd to be thaught "noob" stuff while doing something that is supposedly "elite".

I would rather have Anet doing something productive than have something stupid like this getting changed

aka bug fixes....they dont fix most of that because they're too hooked up to GWII,right?
this is only minor,and helpful minor at that.
i doubt that the 1337 programmers of anet will have any trouble.

Yup its minor, but how many minor changes are there that can easily be fixed?? HUndreds and Hundreds of them. And if this minor bug gets fixed the community will start QQing about how there life changing lil bug never got fixed.
Come on its 15 mins to complete this mission on HM.

How would this be a minor change?!

It would be a whole rework of the mission!

First they have to cut out most of the dialog that Togo and his apprentice have.
secondly they have to make it so that the doors are either all open or they open as soon you get to them.
Then they have to change Togo's pathing for that mission so he doesn't go and agro that group of sickened guards.
And then they have to remove the part with the drawing.
And then they would have to lower the timer for masters.

So like I said earlier in my post, it would pretty much be a whole rework of the mission.
