Okay I know that there are scar patterns, weapons, runes that raise death magic. On Guild Wars Wiki it says you can have like level 18, 19, 20 and those upgrades only bring you to level 16 and 17 20% of the time

So how do I get to level 20 death magic? if its possible

PvE only items, like candy corn, and blessings from shrines.

Its possible, but running around eating candy isn't very practical.

This is very true and would be a waste of time/money unless you were working on Sweet tooth title at the same time.

The reason they put those on Wiki is because those stats numbers are reachable so they have to put the recorded number on there so that they have the most info that will ever be available to anyone.

So my final thought on this is that unless you intend on spending lots of money on candy/shrines etc. then I wouldn't expect getting more than 16/17 stat points into one, maybe two, stats.

You could use a weapon with a +1 death magic 20% where occasionally you would get an extra point.

If you need to make your blood or curses +2 at some point that works with awaken the blood, sadly there isnt an equivalent for Death Magic.

Pretty much every enemy in Hard Mode also has a 20 spec in their attributes, as well as the Simian enemies in the Asuran areas on Normal Mode.

Running around with 11 level 20 minions per MM isn't half bad. It may not seem like much, but it makes quite a difference.

Grail of might is probably the easiest way to obtain that, in combination with one other consumable.
