Idea:Tome: Cap Sig
Skill Hunters wouldnt have to worry about the gold too much rather than just getting the skills (the main purpose of the title).

I remember an idea a while back for an event consumable, fortune cookies that worked like cap sigs - still anything that reduced the money grind for the skill hunting is good

I've already got legendary skill hunter, but these tomes would help the others to get the title cheaper.

First, explain how the tome would work. The OP lacks that most important part - explanation of how this should work - absolutely zero info, we have to make up everything.
Here's how I'd like to see this :: (similar to what as been suggested in another thread here yesterday)
:: A stackable, droppable (from HM bosses with a relatively low chance to disallow overfarming, HM locked chests, random drop at end of dungeon/fow/uw chests - better than a lame diamond or 95% of golds) and craftable (1 skill point (or 2)+gold+some currently underused materials, should be more expensive than a cap sig because it's strictly better) working like a consumable Sig of Capture - eat one at a dead boss to have the skill capturing window opened so you can choose and learn a skill from there (it's just not added to your bar). It would be nice to have it be able to cap skills of a different profession than you currently run - cap all elites on a vanquishing run! Carry them with yourself and cap anything you come by without finding yourseld "omg i forgot cap sig/change profession".
I would absolutely love this thing added to the game if it worked as I described.
