Was looking through some images regarding the Bonus Mission Pack and found these pics from the Tengu Wars Arc:




WOW! that is some nice NPC assassin armor! It looks normal!

- Anton style sword sheath (2 instead of 3, but still looks good)
- Fully covered armor
- Spikeless (yay)
- baggy pants (no more butt hugging spandex yay!)
- a hood! (add a mouth cover and your set!)

Anet Please don't tease us by giving NPCs this kind of armor and not giving players an option to equip them! Add this armor skin template in GW2 (or maybe even the current GW!)

lol gotta /agree there,how nice it would be...to have my sin not covered with spikes and not accidently poking himself when hes comboing....

Just check out the Gwen Hero's armour. Seriously. Not fair.

It would be GREAT to unlock that armor for assassins upon finishing the mission...

to bad the bmp isnt sold in stores i'll probably quit before gw2 is out.

Anet should make the BMP available in the playNC store and make it so that completing the Tengu Wars arc mission would enable Assassins to buy that type of armor....

Are you suggesting that real assassins didn't wear tight spandex covered in knives and 3 foot long blades coming out of every orifice?

I suppose on completing the BMP allow the unlocking of some of the NPC armors for our own? In this thread's case, the assassin. I dont have an assassin but, if I did, I'd want something like in the BMP and not something like what assassins actually get to choose from for the most part, so am sympathetic to the OP and assassins in general. Suppose I can sign just for that idea.

On the whole, there's a number NPC/Hero/Henchmen armors I can think of that I would love to see us actually have access to.

/signed. I'm straight, I don't like having things up my ass (in this case the pants), and Assassin's don't wear spikes, unless they are throwing knives, and in this case they are certainly not throwing knives.

I'd like some assassin looks assassins...

Here's the concept art of that assassin. Sure would of been nice to have armor like this from the get go.

Looks like there's a bare skull under that hood, an undead assassin.

Now THAT is an assassin ^.^

That could've been a nice 15k Shing Jea style armor.....
