Wiki says that Life Barrier + Life Bond can reduce the damage taken by the one with them on to 0.

How do they interact with the Mesmer stances? Does the stance take effect before Life Barrier, or after? Does it depend on cast time? Because the stance will, at least the second cast, be after Life Barrier.

I think it's a matter of order. So my guess would be that mantra activate generally after life barrier.
