-i don't give items to newly registered accounts (created within the last month)
-i check this thread randomly, when i have nothing else to do
-i give the items to the players i can get hold of first
-i don't mind multiple requests for the same item (if it's listed, it's available)
-i don't follow a "first dibs" rule
-i ignore PMs either ingame or via guru
-make sure your IGN really exists
