Defender of Ascalon, simple question.

I read a "guide" about Defender of Ascalon title (don't remember if in this forum or whatever, doesn't matter) but my question wasn't answered there.

Here the plain and simple question:

Can I get the Defender of Ascalon title WHATEVER I do? I mean, even if I do all quests first, I will be still able to get title?

You can still get the title even if you do all the quests first... It'll just take a whole lot longer. Most people do the quest when they hit lvl 18 or 19 as thats when they are struggling for vast amounts of xp.

Yeah. You can. But trust me, I have the title, and you should do the quests at level 19.

Hmmm! Look like there are a misconception about we MUST keep quests for level 19, but is not true, is NOT a must, interesting.

I was thinking in something in level system not allowing you to level up after level 19 because the level of monsters, etc, etc.

Yes, you can get the title even if you've accepted the rewards for all the quests. It will just take a hell of a lot longer to death-level foes to high enough to get exp. It can be done, but it's more beneficial to hold the rewards until level 18 or 19--preferrably 19.

I should prefer to do that quests at lvl 19 because you need the most exp and then you do the quests and it going faster.. if you need to Deathlvling that hole time it during maybe a bit long

You cannot get any experience in pre-searing from killing monsters past level 16, and even then, the only experience that is possible when you do the last few levels is from the four level 10 Charr bosses in the Northlands.

The only way after that is quests and death leveling. When you get to level 19 the most experience you can get from each "death level" kill is 120 XP. At level 18 it is 136 XP, and at level 17 it is 152XP. As death leveling yields you fewer experience points per kill as your own level rises, most people consider it a "must" to wait until level 19 to do the quests. Those that are at level 19 with all of their quests already done are an unhappy lot as they have to complete over 100 death level kills to get to the title level.

Ok we got the question answered, don't want this turning into a thread about the amount of time it takes to Deathlevel.
