I have a question:
my friend said:
"u can take an elite not from boss but from the book",
but he doesn't know how.
and i have a question:
is it possible to take an elite skill not from boss but a kind of "book"???

You can get elite skills from the elite tomes.

But only if you have that elite skill already on your account.

yes, an elite tome for elite skills and a normal tome for normal skills, only if there onlocked on your account though.

can only be obtained form HM or bough from other players.

pricy enough though (around 7-10k)

oh damn so expensive for me...
the better way is get it from the boss.
