The rainbow phoenix

The Rainbow Phoenix is not a pet you want everyone to have. The thing itself is at such a ridiculous size that it agitates other players, especially in PvP play. Then again that is just my opinion on the matter so others will of course view it differently. I think it is a great idea to award players for maxing their titles and see no reason to change that.

They did this for a reason.
If they wanted everyone to have it, this thread would not exist

Actually, I've already been to the Echovald Forest and the end of Factions, many times.

AND I've beaten Nightfall, and Prophecies, and fought just about every boss on every continent. AND I've started to do the campaigns over again, in HM. After that, I'll go swing at GWEN, in HM.

I think I've done enough to earn my Rainbow Phoenix. Plus, you can hardly call the Echovald Forest "elite". Mithran Arkanere made a thread asking for more legendary pets on the basis that it's unfair for one campaign to have two of the three pets that the HoM considers "Legendary".

To me, the only thing that needs changed about the Rainbow Phoenix is that it should be granted that "Legendary" status.

Like getting the 10 max titles isnt enough... now we have to work to go get a level 5 pet?

Anyone that spends that much time farming and playing can likely go get it wherever it spawns. I think the devs realize that.

Edit: Apparently, someone dug this out of the grave from a month back, and I didn't realize I already voiced an opinion on this.

/notsigned for the reasons everyone has already mentioned. You have to get 10 maxed titles yourself to earn it, it's a symbol of your achievement and would be unfair to those who've earned by doing so if you could get it elsewhere.

Ok, here's the low down on the OP

You have made about 5 threads in the last 3 days or so, basically, all of them about making the game easier to play, because things are just to hard for you to accomplish, apparently.

Please, do not whine because you do not want anything in the game to take any time or effort.

Please go QQ in Ascalon AD1 Local Chat, not in GW Guru. You might manage to get some sympathy there.

I would hate to go do RA or AB and see like, 3 Rainbow Phoenixes, because everyone and their cousin has one. No one wants to see something that takes up the entire screen at like, every PvP battle.

I use that to my advantage in PvP play...It always cracks me up to see an assassin attacking my phoenix (while the rest of my team is still alive) while i beat the crap outta their monk...and have them all be like "assassin wtf are you doing!?" when waiting for a res :P

actually with text mod Legendary Cartographer is easier Legendary Guardian. LC you pretty much just need H/H. LG you need some competent human help (Eternal Grove anyone?)

Not signed. Rainbow Phoenix is the only marginally special pet in the whole game because it is a little bit hard to get. That's the whole point of it. To take that away would be ludicrous.

I think 10 titles is too low. Should be increased to 15 titles needed to make it spawn.
