My suggestion, 600/smite. She can smite since sitting and playing with your thumbs isn't complex (or is it?).

Having her bond/smite is probably the easiest, yes. Another idea would be to have her keep Famine and EoE up while you run around using SV/AV. When she gets the hang of things you can dual UW in NM with you as 55 and her as Necro.
