What is it means?

Did you buy something off the online store with an invalid credit card?

This might mean that you've been using somebody else's credit card in the in-game store.

However, this is a fan site rather than a support site, so we can't really help you with issues of banning here. I would suggest visiting www.guildwars.com/support and submitting a support ticket to find out exactly why you've been banned and if there's anything that could be done to reverse it.

get in touch with anet, this happened to a few people right after GWEN came out and those people ended up with there accounts back. So that would be the best bet. just like Toutatis.
