PC please on 2 items I want to buy (Crystalline Sword and Naga)

Hi,
I'm thinking about buying either a req13 Gold inscribable Crystalline or an undedicated Naga.

1) Gold req13 inscribable Crystalline:
Some say it is 70e and others 140e. That's a huge difference^^

2) Undedicated Naga:
Around 70e-80e? No idea.

bah 100k +45 max naga
