hey all new to nightfall and heros and i was wondering what do u have to do to get elite skills for them and how to get them a sec profession.

To get them elite skills, either cap it with a character on the same account, or unlock them with 3000 balth faction at a priest of balthazar. Any unlocked skill (elite or otherwise) on an account can be used by a hero.
To give them a second profession, its the same as you changing yours. On the skills window, select a second prof in the dropdown listbox. Once you change them to have a second profession, you can't go back to a single profession, but that means nothing other than seeing /x after the profession if you dont use it.
