To define this question more, I want to know what you have to do to show the skill preview in the response, and whenever your mouse moves over the skill thumbnail, the description appears. Can anyone tell me how?
I hope that you know what I'm talking about; I tried my best to explain.

or

EDIT: the info on how to do this is there on the forums in the Q&A section accessible from one of the sticky i think, but i've always had trouble to find it no matter how many times i've searched for it.
