Another Firewall issue...

Hey all, my school blocks GW via software named "Panda"

Any ideas on how to circumvent this? I know there is software out there which could do it...

I remember there is such software but cannot find the name anywhere, I'll check wiki now, again, any help is much appreciated

i believe Panda is the name of an antivirus program if im not mistaken...

Pands is the name of an antivirus yes, hmmm MAYBE uninstall the Antivirus? :P

Sounds like you are using a school computer with the software installed on it. If the school configured the computer correctly, it will be difficult to get around it. Besides, they won't like it if they catch you.

Perhaps bring your own laptop instead?

I tried that, they don't let any foriegn computers on their network, they have it configured very well, tough to get around, I know there are programs that scramble the proxy that allows GW to get through, I forgot what its called though ><

Yeah, why don't you just get a freakin' edumacation instead of playing GW at school.

I can get away with both

I have like a 92% and I sleepwalk through class so I think I'd be ok, who knows though
