Please Help!! Account issue

I havn't played GW for some time now and i forgot what email address i used for my account name. I still have the account key but i cant make a new account. Is there any way to recover my account name using my key or any way to find out what my account name is? i even know my password...

try the plaync tech support go to their website they are really helpful

To change my password to the account I have access too and log into everyday I need to Acutally Mail them my Game CD Keys. Lawl

The plaync support should be able to provide you with an account name if you have the valid keys. Just register to the plaync website, access support and go from there. They usually are helpful, although you'll probably find lots of naysayers here.

they have been very helpful

as for the keys they want to be sure that the account hasnt been stolen.

how would you like it if you tried to log in and they had given your account to someone else without checking.

why you would be here bitching because they DIDNT check to be sure.

Problem is, people sometimes change their e-mail address, but the account name continues to be some old one.

Even taking into consideration that I am likely one of the *most* stable (only as far as email address goes...) on these forums, I can't see having more than say 5-10 'old' emails in the last 2-2.5 years. Either he remembers the acct or he doesn't... we certainly won't be able to tell the OP his email addy... So try them all, if none work it's support for you.
