What if instead of running a stand alone con they just participate in several regional cons?

I'd definitely go if I could afford it / if it was somewhere nearby. I'm already geeky enough to visit all the roleplay conventions and other miscellaneous events in my country, so going to one more convention would just be more fun.
Oh, and I'd definitely cosplay. Already did a GW cosplay this summer for a local con.
