Looking for casual, mature PVE guild for farming, elite areas, titles etc...

Hello, after bouncing around on my own for a while, I have decided that it is time to find the guild that is right for me.

Friendly - Above all else, I am looking for people who I can enjoy being with.
Activities - What fun is the game if you don't go out and DO stuff?
Helpful - Everyone needs help once in a while!
Farming/Elite Areas - Gotta love that money!
Titles/Vanquishing - Fun for everyone!

About Me
I have been without a guild that shares the same interests as me for too long. I am looking to get more actively involved in some of more serious aspects of PVE. I am looking for a guild that does the odd Elite mission/FoW/UW clear, as these are things that I have not done and would like very much to get involved in. And if this can be done with a friendly atmosphere... well what more is GW about?


Other Info
I own all 3 campaigns and EotN, and usually play for around 2 hours a day, more on weekends. Usually 4-6 or 7-10 PM EST weekdays and 9-12AM and other assorted times on weekends.

My main character is a Warrior, and I have a Ranger, Monk, Assasin, Paragon, and am looking to expand my family.

I have Vent and TS.

I am 16 years old (17 in Jaunuary).

A Canadian/American guild would be preferred, but as long as the time that I am online coincides with the main activities as the guild, nationality does not matter.
