Yes? No? Reason why or why not?
I have one and I'm thinking of selling it for gold and to free storage space, however I have an inscibable wand that could use the inscription place. Should I just get another inscription of use it on the wand?

Yes it's good, perfect mod for wands. It's not worth anything really though, maybe because most monks nowadays use a martial weapon with unconditional +5 energy.

I prefer a sword/spear/axe for +30/20% ench and +5e.
For a wand: 20/20.

Depends on what character/build it is used for. I prefer +5^enchanted for Elems and certain Necro builds, as I will always be enchanted, but not always above 50% health.
