Prices on new BMP items

So what do you think is going to happen with the new loot that is supposed to drop with the BMP? Do you think we are going to see extremely high prices since apparently we are doing this we NPC helpers and there isn't away to to solo farm them? or do you think the prices are going to be low and drop lower quickly.

Where was it mentioned that we cannot do these missions in parties? As for your question, it will probably be just like when SF came out and greens first started dropping.

Depends how it works. If it's one-off stuff like endgame weapons, the prices will be moderately high. If there are particular things that occasionally drop and only within the BMP, probably quite high. If you get the rewards every time you complete missions, they'll be dirt cheap.

All over the place, not to mention you play for NPCs with set skillbars during epic moments during the history of Guild Wars. Duplicates of the NPCs would just be stupid.

They could be PvE only weapons with higher stats than regular weapons. I mean, we already have the stupidly overpowered PvE skills, why not have weapons as well?

Yeah, they were great designs. I wonder what happened to them...

There were some other nice ones from that batch of winners they announced that I never actually found in-game as well; I'm sure they're doing it as they did in the past, i.e. not all skins are in the game at release, allowing them to trickle them into the game over the months following release under the guise of exciting new content.

Is there any reason why there should be any loot at all?

I mean, from the sounds of it, you're playing AS a historical character, not WITH a historical character. Why should you share an inventory with any of your existing characters?

It might just be for the fun, rather than the OMG loot.

Yeah, ecto dropping by the dozen, only you can't transfer them to your storage or other characters

I would just be happy to see an ecto reserved for me for once in 2 years.

as to them not having any loot drop in the BMP....then i seriously doubt anyone would do them after thier first time. I mean isn't that the reason to play PVE to get loot...to either please your vanity or to sale to others to please thier vanity?

Maybe they should start making PVP kills drop gold or loot...then people would actually start playing PVP more...

Funny, I thought Hall of Heroes did drop loot...

But yeah, you're right: If the BMP has no loot, there really is no point to playing it. Thus is the nature of the MMORPG. What would be fun in another game, turns into a waste of time and effort in a MMORPG.

Doesn't the page say exclusive items? So we will probably get something.

Also, the way I see this is like the Brawling arena thing. You go with your char, talk to the Historian person, and get a Disguise/Form and a skillbar you can't change.
