I wanted to go Lightbringer point farming, but the most efficient method requires that I have the quest "Requiem for a Brain" active. I've already completed that one.
Is there a way to get the quest back after completion for non-GW:EN quests?
Any way to reset finished quests?

No. Try joining up with a LB/SS farming group. There's plenty of them out there.

what he means is go to the remains of salajah(however you write it) and look for farming groups there.

Yeah, just go to Remains of Sahlahja, American District 1 and type:
"LFG SS/LB"

Nah, it just means Lightbringer/Sunspear because you can farm both of those in the same zone.
