So, what's the longest you've ever played Guild Wars for? Things like going AFK to get a drink, bathroom, etc, are permitted, but if you go AFK for more than 30 minutes or something... then it doesn't count.

My longest streak was probably 9 straight hours, two days in a row, with about 50 total hours that week (not that it matters, I only remembered that because I played GW more than I worked and I was working full-time, 40 hour weeks). I remember the first night I was grinding my monk from level 13 to 20 after discovering how pathetically easy it is to level a Tyrian toon in Elona, and the second day was just really a grind-fest to get everything I needed for 55 farming.

Although, it still pales in comparison to the old days of Diablo 2 during the summer... 12 hours a day, every day, for 2 months.

No more than 6 hours in one go, but I have spend around 15 hours altogether on the game in one day.

I remember GvGing constantly in tourny once for like 8 hours.

Besides that, I refuse to play more than 3 hours.

Probably the longest playtime in a day that I did was 16 or 17 hours.

But normally I play between 30 mins and 2 hours a day (but some exceptions, like new games)

16 hours or so used to be pretty common for me, no job...no school...nothing else to do. I ran a pretty large guild so I would always tag along with other or help out who ever needed it. Only AFK time consisted of getting up to grab a drink a snack and a shower once or twice a day. I know...sad...very sad...

Played an afternoon, then AFKed the night on Rings, then played some more in the morning, then possibly more AFK. I don't really remember...

Played for little over 24 hours. Though I took an hour for lunch and an hour for dinner. Did it just to see the please take a break message. Now I play less than an hour a day usually. Sometimes for a couple hours if I get a good HA team.

My actual playing time was just a little over 24 hours. This was with no AFK. My guild and alliance held a contest to see who could run the most faction in a 24 hour period. This was before hfff. Crazy times.

Good old Sins/SWAT Alliance those days.

Think that day we had people stay up for 2 and a half straight days Faction farming the "old" way....good times

Most for me would have to be about 15 hous in one sitting, Kids and wifey were out doing some shopping or something. An Occasional smoke break/restroom break in there but just about 15 straight hours.

About 19 hours on GW. Back in my Everquest days tho several years ago when i was really into it, i had one session 2 1/2 days long. When i finally got my zombie like carcass of the PC, i moved about 3 feet and crashed on the floor for a LONG time.

first dbl fame weekend when they first introduced 6vs6 17hrs with my guild. Second day was about 16hrs, and third day was somewhere in the realm of 10hrs. Between all of the vimway and stupid bullshit builds we all wanted to cut our eyes out. Good fame though.
