Positive it's obsidian.

I thought they didnt exist uninsc, and that is was an NF skin only? You sure it's an obsidian one?

Nice item, but as they arent worth anything much anymore since they come inscriptable, I'd say ~30k or so since its uninsc

they exist non-insc, and back in the day this would have been a fairly huge item. Now with r9 inscribables all over the place, not worth a whole lot unless you find a really bored collector.

Not a formal PC, I know, but that's the story.

5k if you are lucky. Like others have said, r9 ones from Elona are far more common. I got one myself - it's a nice staff.
