I'm looking for a perfect req 12 or below air staff. What I mean by perfect is the following:

Energy + 10
Max Dmg
Halves Skill Recharge Of Spells (20%)
Health +30
Health +30
Inscription: Aptitude Not Altitude (Halves casting time of Air magic spells 20%)

I'm not too bothered about the skin but whatever you have, it doesn't matter as long as it has the stats as shown above.
