Can we have other use for faction than unlocks (hell, i am UAS from PvE and i didn't even try) or some useless tournament token?

capped 16k faction on my primary acc, its was like that for several moths.

And when is that coming? I would think it rather stupid to have this event more than a week in advance. From what I've read PvP players, at least the good ones, can amass faction rather quickly and lots have already unlocked everything, so they'd either be holding on to it and not gaining faction or... something.

Where does it say Balthazar only? It specifically says "Faction". It does not say anything about it being only Balth.

Hmm interesting. I wonder what the uses for Balth Faction will be now. I am just glad it's not a Kruzick/Luxon one. I want one of those over break so I can actually farm it.
