Do support even read our emails?

just sent an email to support giving details and screenshots of a duper who admitted duping to me. the proof is obvious. even managed to get him to admit his other account names before taking the screenies. i wont however post the name here, i am not a fan of witch hunts.
my email was:

I am very dissapointed. ____________ is a character who was banned for exploiting a bug and duping ectos and other things....
he is still playing on a brand new account!!!!
please find a screenshot attached with him admitting to being the duper.
i also have screenshots of him admitting to it on his other accounts....
the dupers separate accounts;

and possibly more.
the attatched screenshot took place around ____ GMT in presearing Ascalon city AMERICAN district 1.
also here are the other screenshots.
these are of course from about 1-2 days after i was unbanned and the day before i moved my character into postsearing. hope these will help. thanks a lot.

in the last one he actually confirms that he is the same person as his other account ______________
i also saw someone in ascalon called __________(same name but with 1 extra letter on end), but there is a chance it is not the same person.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting Guild Wars Support.
We are unable to reset the death count for a character for any reason. While playing in a mission, explorable area, or PvP game, if your game client loses its connection to the Guild Wars game servers due to Internet connectivity issues, or if the game client or your computer crashes, you will have the opportunity to reconnect to the game servers and resume exactly where you left off, for a period of ten minutes after the disconnection.
During that ten minute period, your character will remain in the world. If your character was performing an action like attacking or spell-casting at the moment of disconnection, your character will complete the action. If your character was in a party, the other members of your party will be notified of the disconnection.
I apologize for any inconvenience or aggravation this issue may have caused.

either way i am very dissapointed that the valuable information i have provided seems to have been tossed aside, the dispute probably closed and archived allready.

At the release of GW I would get in email conversations with technical assistants and what not. It was pretty cool. But these days when I've had a problem and send in a ticket it'd be automated.

I've used the support system one too many times. I don't remember ANY occasion in which their first reply (after the automatic one) actually showed any sign of my message being read in the first place. Sad but true, they don't read your message the first time around.

mainly because when i sold him a very very nice shield in presearing, the ectos he paid in got me banned. took a month to convince anet to unban me. i lost the shield AND the ectos. also 2 other members of the alliance got banned after trading with him. as soon as he got back on he admitted to duping. the screens even say 'i didnt think i would get me or anyone else banned'
but anyway the topic isnt about who duped what, it was about the auto response LOL

Unless he paid ectos in post and exchanged the shield in pre - paying in post for very high cost pre items is not unusual.
