superior runes - worth it ?

I tend to play H/H rather than in PuGs . I have all my HH equipped with superior runes on their heads for -75 HP. Is this a bad idea ? Should I go for major runes instead with -35 Hp?

I play as a warrior and always take heroes Master of whispers (mm), Zhed (fire ele) with me followed by either Gwen, Pyre fireshot or General Morghan

You should go for minor runes. 1 or 2 att points aren't worth it unless you're hitting a significant breakpoint, like 15 mysticism.

The only superior rune I use is death magic on MM.

All others get minors without exception. I prefer 550-600 health over 1 attribute point.

I only use superior runes to hit some significant breakpoints as said previously. Like having 16 death magic for a necro or 16 fire magic on my nuker to boost DPS a bit. Most of my chars use minor runes though.

Yeah, I'd say this is the way to go. Ele AoE and MM zerg make the extra attribute points worthwhile. -75 HP isn't a huge drawback unless you're going through a tough area where party members may die a time or two, but it's nonetheless best to use sup runes judiciously.

In PvP minor runes are standard, except maybe in Alliance Battles since there's no DP.

I'd say go with minor runes as long as they're not too expensive. A lot of times major runes are a lot cheaper, and since this is just PvE, I wouldn't worry too much about the -35HP.
And once again: Using a minor unless you need to get to a specific breakpoint or if the increased damage is worth MORE than your loss of health.

i use minor or even major runes. -1 attribute is worth a monk hero staying alive. buying superior vigors for all my heros would be one big bill to give to my monk

For heroes, yes. While runes can help for heroes, major and superior is highly unnecessary. Minor is a fine choice, but you do not really need to have runes on heroes.

I prefer Minor, only useing Sup. on MM.
