Can the BMP weapon rewards from the scribes be put into the hall of monuments? Also, are we limited to one weapon per scribe per character or per account? Thanks!!

No. The only weapons that can be put into the HoM are destroyer weapons.

And again no, you can ask for more copies of the book and complete and authorize them again for another weapon.
