It looks like a Gamestop production, and it was on another thread, with other commercials (some from games I did not recognize!)

Why the Hell ANet is Happy someone used footage from their game without even mentioning the name Guild Wars, is beyond me.

This wretched pile of crap they call an advert is just that, absoloubte crap.

If I were Anet i'd be ashamed that I even allowed this ridiculously bollocks advert to be created. The voice of Vekk also adds to the pain and suffering this causes me.
