Suggest that this belongs in the Prophecies help forum.
Quickest way is to get a run to Beacon's Perch, then to Camp Rankor. Head northeast through Grenth's Footprint and Spearhead Peak (I think that's what it's called? my prophecies memory is rusty) and you'll get to Granite Citadel. Keep going northeast through Tasca's Demise and you're there.
The more drawn-out way is to play through the game until you get to Droknar's Forge, head to Camp Rankor and then follow the above directions.

Quickest way is to buy an Elite Monk Tome, haha.

If its your first time through Prophecies, my vote is just to play your way through it. Get a run from LA-->Ascalon and play the storyline missions in order, as well as some of the quests, buying a tome instead to get SoJ.
If you are going to cap it, check Wiki for a map. It helps during the cap to look at the spawn locations. You can scout the closest three spawn points if you have a run skill or two on you, flagging the heroes and henchmen, and then just zone in and out again to reset the spawns to get the boss you need in a decent location, otherwise you might well be wandering through all of Mineral Springs.

Look at a map of Tyria and determine it for yourself.
That's what I do.

For instance:
Anet should really nerf bla & bla skill, it's so imbalanced in ha & gvg.

Why did anet create lootscaling? Money is so hard to make these days.

Ursan Blessing is so overpowered in PvE.

@Op question. First pls post other questions like these in Q&A.
Fastest way Unlock SoJ with Baltazar Faction, and get an elite tome.
Faster way. Get a run from beacons to Droknars. Warp back to Camp Rankor & get a run to Warcamp. From Warcamp to Granite Citadel. Then go out & cap. You'll prolly have to spend just as much, or a bit less getting there as getting an elite monk tome. Check wiki for which boss has the cap.
