PC on R13 Pyroclastic Axe non-inscribable

I got a weird pyroclastic axe in Slavers Exile in HM yesterday with the following stats:

Max 6-28 DMG
Req 13 Axe Mastery
Icy Damage Mod
20% Damage vs Undead
* Non-inscriptable * This means there is no inscription slot.

It is a gold item, and is dye-able. How much is it worth?

Very little. High requirement with no inherent bonus.

You could score 2-5k if you're lucky.

If you want to use it. Customize it to get the damage mod. 20% (always) is better then 15% anyways. Still you're choice.
