Hi I Need Help With a PvE Build

Hi guys my name is Kagome and I have a level 20 Ranger/Elementalist in Prophecies. Right now, I'm on the last mission in the Ring of Fire, and I need help on a build. I have two elites: Barrage and Poison Arrows and I am trying to get Marksman's Wager. I wanted to make a Conjure Frost Build, but I have no idea how to make a good one. Here are my attributes and skills right now:

Water Magic: 10
Expertise: 10
Marksmanship: 13
Wilderness Survival: I forgot... maybe 2-5?

Point Blank Shot
Troll Unguent
Conjure Frost
Winter
Barrage
Ressurection Signet
Savage Shot
the other interupt attack I forgot what it's called

Please help I know its bad.

You probably want to grab Markman's Wager along [skill]Concussion Shot[/skill] for that mission since there are a lot of enemies who will devastate your party if left unchecked. Point Blank Shot = bad, and why do you need Winter?
Also put your interrupts on keys 3-5, don't know how you will interrupt with them on 7 and 8...

Oh, I interrupt better with my left hand XD.

So I should take out Winter and add Concussion Shot? Thankies!

But I still need help on attributes and stuff.

I've been running that on my ranger, uses all core skills (I think) so you should be able to make it. It makes the ranger a DPS machine (I tested it on the guy in the Isle of Nameless and my DPS was averaging 36 at the minimum, 56 when I used Dual Shot). I know you want Conjure Frost so you can switch out Conjure Flame for it and put in another preparation like Apply Poison.

12 + 1 Expertise (this will make Quick Shot cost 2 energy)
8 Fire Magic
7 + 1 Wilderness Survival
8 + 1 + 1 Marksmanship

That's what I use. Because I also used Kindle Arrows, I could switch to a Vampiric bow which incresed by damage by 5 per shot (10 when I used dual shot). Since you want conjure frost then spec the fire into water and use a icy bow
