Is there such an inscription?

I know it's possible to get something like that as a reward from the quest with the -50 cesta, but I got an Idol with this mod. And technically, it shouldn't be possible, right?

There's an inscription that gives that bonus. It's called "Ignorance is Bliss".

"Life is Pain".

"Ignorance is bliss" is +5 armor, -5 energy.
