Sunspear Point Farming away from Sulfurous Wastes?

Anyone have some good spot to farm SS points away from the Sulfurous Wastes Junudu run? I frequently get extremly bored doing, and was wondering if there were other areas that were as good.

Nope.. i dont think there are any other GOOD ones. the fastest one is the run right outside the gate of desolation about 550 points a run and takes roughly 6-10 minutes. I know its boring as hell i just finished grinding ss it was bad :/

SS farming is not intended to be interesting, same for other grind-based titles.

I just got done doing the SSLB grind, and I can safely say that outside of capping any elites out there for skill hunter, I will never return to that map ever again. My only advice is to tough it out.

I spoke to dozens of people who got their SS title through vanquishing elona.

yup, just getting points while vanquishing will max your title

Back on topic: the usual ss/lb runs are the quickest ways, outside of vanquishing.

you think ss is boring wait until you try for LB...I vanquished and still had 100's of worm runs to do...so glad that is over. Now I can grind some more and vanquish factions and tyria and finish carto in tyria as well...that will make 5 more titles so will have 17...dunno what imma do for the 3 more to get to leather bound books

Yeah if you plan on vanquishing elona at any point dont bother running the wurms until you've done it.

if you ever plan on vanquishing elona then sunspear point farming is not needed. i started vanquishing elona with ~7500 ss points. im 6 areas away from finishing and i only have ~6000 untill the title is maxed. i did a few lb/ss wurm runs in the middle. (maybe 10 or so) u can get 1/2 the points needed from bosses alone (about 120/141 bosses not in abbadons realm 120*200 = 24000 points. the rest you can make up with just killing the enemies.

i know it wasn't the answer you wanted, but go with what these guys have said.
just do the SS/LB farm. Two reasons, one - its the fastest.
And two, i did the SS run w/o the LB run, and now that i want LB, i either A) have to do it alone which is like stabbing myself in the eye with a blunt stick or B) join groups doing SS/LB and take a bit longer and get poitns to something i dont need. its better just to do them at the same time in sulfurous wastes.

you guys are crazy spending all these hours doing something that is so boring just to get a title. I would much rather play the game and kill fun stuff and make money.

Thats all well and good but LB and SS rank actualy benefits you in the game, thats why i did it, couldn't care less about titles

The insects just outside of Yohlon are great for SS points, but little else. If you just need SS and not LB, give those a shot. There's even a boss nearby.

and you do make money..alot of money sometimes from the ss run. it can be fun if you have a nice chat with team while doing it. we got about 10 golds in one run once.
