No Req Shields?

I currently have a Hassins Shell Shield which is 8 armor and +20hp.

Is their no req shields with 8 armor that can upgraded and inscribed?

If so how would one go about getting on of these?

There is the Wintergreen Shield. Don't know how much they're traded and how much they go for. I believe getting something like that as a drop would be rather difficult - if not impossible. I think I remember that blue req. zero shields used to drop in Ascalaon pre-searing. In case they drop in Nightfall too (on Istan, most liekly) they would be inscribable.

imo ar8 with no req is 100% pointless, even if you dont meet the req of lets say a q11 shield with ar of 16, you still get half of the armor. which would be 8

and the mods that come along with it i believe

only the part with the "req" next to it is cut in half

ex:
16ar(req 11 tactics)
-2/stance
+30hp

you'll still get the -2 and +30hp because those dont have a req, only the armor does

Yep! There are some no-req 8 armor shields, including a green, but there's no reason to use one over a 16 armor shield unless it makes you fidget and twitch to equip an item for which you don't meet the requirements.

I have 1 blue and 1 purple 8 armor no req shields and inscribable, they dropped for me in istan, not hard to get.
