its a gold Celestial shield, requirement 7tactics, -5/19% non inscribable, +58health while hexed inherent mod. Max 16armor of course.

Opinions would be appreciated on how much to ask. thanks

10k imo....just beacause of q7,totaly useless mods since they are both non-max

20-30k imo...
