Ladies and gentlemen!
I on behalf of the (Holy Melon Seeds) HMS guild present you this GRAND contest "Friendly Winter" for Christmas!
We are a dedicated PvE only guild that recently gained a bit of wealth via team effort. Instead of dividing this wealth among us, each member decided to contribute 20k and each officer 50k to start a contest for christmas that is open to EVERYBODY! Also, it is our guild creation anniversary! ^_^
The contest is simple:
We want you to capture screenshots (4-5 are preferred) that shows Luxon team and Kurzick team sing and dance like friends in a Alliance Battle. In another word, the screenshot shall show 12 luxon players + 12 kurzick players together ALL doing something friendly in an Alliance Battle. Notice:
1. All must be friendly. How to show if they are? Well, it's yours to figure out =D. You can all sing, dance, play music, or stand together like a family! If anyone is missing, dead, on fire or something, it doesn't count. Every single of 24 players must be together, alive, possibly dancing and healthy in a single screenshot.
2. This must occur in an Alliance Battle field. That means, the screenshot shall have the scores shown. Also, all 24 player's names must be shown in order to receive the award.
3. The first teams of players successfully captured such screenshot is the winner!
If you capture such screen, please post it here as an reply, so everyone can see it and judge if the screenshot will win. If the screenshot satisfy the winning conditions, EACH OF THE 24 PLAYERS in the screenshot will win:
50K gold!
So, talk to your teammates, persuade your enemies! Can there be peace among Luxon and Kurzick during such a beautiful Christmas? We will see!

Nice idea, but I think it's going to be rather hard to achieve. Unless you sync AB with 24 people during non-peak AB hours.

Mostly becuase the only places photogenic enough are near shines, and then you have NPC's attacking one team or the other. :/

wow, I would like to see if anyone can get this right -.-
We couldn't even get the odd players to listen when we tried to map Jade Quarry - and you know how hard it is to even get INTO that map. Somehow the one or two ppl not in the mapping group would not even listen when the mappers kept yelling "DON'T FIGHT!! we are mapping - map first then fight after!!", "STOP KILLING US!!! map first then we fight!!"
Good Luck and I hope someone actually gets this right!!

Person A: I can't, it was a temp character running a team build, I deleted it after that. And now the name is taken.

only a fool would delete the character they used in the contest. if there using another character it should appear on friends list.
they will not get banned for posting names because obviously they have permission. And i would assume the players have guru accounts already

Good point, but we've thought about that! We will check this thread very often, and as soon as someone post a valid screenshot, we will declare his/her group as winner! We will immediately afterward contact them in game according to the IGN in screenshot to give out the awards!
Also, i personally believe this contest is gonna be tough, but it's definitely achievable! Come on, guys and girls! Use the friendly spirit of Christmas to convince your enemies and win the award! Proof to all that even the greatest conflict can be eased by this wonderful holiday!

-unless I'm guaranteed I won't get banned (a) by flagging myself -however it is working now- (b) being disruptive in an already sensitive environment (because of /report) I won't be taking advantage of it.
-that is just me...but i'm here to say people are there to play, not lolly-gag and take pix...expect a lot of /report
Not everyone reads, knows, or belongs to Guru. I see a lot of skeptics and I see a lot of gameplay getting disrupted.
