PC on Ornate buckler (2 mods)

Could I get a PC on a req 9 tactics ornate buckler, its rare with +44health (while hexed) and -2 rec dmg (while enchanted)

Sorry guys, I cant sell this shield, I just got ripped off, someone ( Characture Girl) was going to buy it for 60k, when I opened the chat and offered the sheild, she offered the 60k. when I accepted and looked at the confirmation it said 60GOLD so i got completely ripped off a really good shield. *is steaming mad right now*

another big reason to always double check before hitting accept.
