Wastrel's Collapse - this skill has been underpowered long enough,by far.
infact i think the general sin line needs to buff the USELESS skills.
Nerfs:
overpowered sin skills - infact sin is on a bit of both for me, remove the "hi bye lolowned!" and bring in the "gg, skills!" on them...mainly deadly paradox - just ETHER RENEWAL this skill,enough said!

Those two skills absolutely fail, so it would be interesting to see them improved enough to be usable.

Nerf Savage and Distracting shot. Add 3-5s recharge so Rangers now have to think instead of mindless button mashing.

The amount of freaking preperation for this skill to work is ridiculous.

5 energy 1/4 cast 5 recharge pretty damn high recharge?
With how frequent KD's were becoming last month with Sin spikes this 1 skill could of really weakened Sin Spikes and ShockAXE and Gale eles.
It's not a great elite, as its a bit luck oriented, but it works and thus it doesnt suck.
Unless your running Black out....(which wtf is a sin running black out?) this skill sucks and would suck even if you were using black out.
