Should I buy ALL of the GW campaines of should I buy GW Prophecies and GW EN? If I do buy GW Prophecies and EN, will it come with everything that the others have to offer? Please explain.

All of the games offer different skills, lands, character appearances, and methods of playing.
Prophecies is a more gradual progression towards the end. Has the main 6 professions, and it's the game basically everybody started learning with over two years ago.
Factions has very nice environments but is considerably faster to finish if you're good at these games. Most of the game takes place once you're max level and then the rest is based on your ability to use your character and play on teams of 8. It also has some special PVP elements such as Alliance Battles not found in the other games. This one has two unique professions, Ritualist and Assassin. Some very nice skills to choose from.
Nightfall is faster than Prophecies, but slower than Factions. It was the first to offer Heroes (EotN has some too, but you don't get them until you're level 20, unlike Nightfall). It also has two unique professions, Dervish and Paragon. Nice skills to choose from here too.
If you can't get them all at once, either get the EotN and Prophecies bundle or EotN and Nightfall first, Factions if you want a faster experience or like the other games enough
Hope this helps a bit, go wiki.guildwars.com to find out more about these games and their differences
