what's with the player lackage?

Ok I've been to various alliance areas (kurzick and luxon) I normally see a good number of people on both sides when I'm on but sadly some people tell me that the kurziks outnumber the luxons by 40 to 1. What's up with this? To any luxons here are you guys just too dang lazy to recruit anyone or is the kurzick appeal just that good (frankly it's boring) simply put, what's up with this?

Simply because people always want to play when its easier. Assuming you are talking about ab...

If you aren't.. well the kurz title is easier to max because of FFF and now HFFF.. so yeah.. its more interesting to go for the kurz title. Honestly though there is plenty of Luxons..

Its because Kurzick players have a better FFF, so therefore the cap to own cities is much higher. Many people assumed (wrongly) that bigger numbers = more popular = more people.

Though I do think Kurzicks are more popular then Luxons, its far from 40 to 1.

Let me guess, the people that told you that are Kurzick?

It's not 40 to 1, I doubt there are even twice the amount of Kurzicks to Luxons, but Kurzicks have always been higher in numbers mainly due to armor, storyline, etc. Luxon guilds aren't lazy, infact they seem to hold out longer. Been in my current Luxon guild longer than any other guilds (which happened to be Kurzick).

If you ignore the kurzick and luxon faction farming, alliance battle, fort aspenwood and jade quarry it is easier to meet the 10k allegiance factions on kurzick side. I think I got up to 6k luxon from doing storyline and a few side quests while I got the 10k or very close to 10k on kurzick. It's been awhile since I've started a new character. I think that may subconsciouly make people go with kurzick because of the ease of meeting the 10k and just continuing on from there. There're more quests after befriending the Luxons that might've balanced it but not enough before befriending.

All the Necs are luxon for obvious reasons.
