Rare Dervish Scythes

Hi

I've created a dervish and is really impressed with the class. So I'm thinking of farming myself one of the rare scythe's in gw. Any recommendations as to what are the really rare Dervish scythes?

Not sure if there is a 'really' rare Derv scythe...the Saurin seems to be the most appealing that drops. The tormented is one of the rarer ones to see being used.

I thought the Clockwork and Insectoid were quite rare? Could be wrong......dunno much about scythes tbh.

Also Demon Tongue Scythe.

I think the Tengu and Undead ones from the Bonus Mission pack are the best looking ones.

It might not be rare at all, but you gotta get yourself a free banana scythe.

Arachni's Scythe seems to be rare, even though it's from a dungeon reward chest.

The Tormented Scythe is gotten by turning in an Ambrace of Truth, so it's not "rare" in that sense. Anyone who has a Ambrace can get one. Sort of like any of the "end-game" weapons.

True, but considering what you have to do in order to obtain an armbrace or the price if you wanna buy one, the armbrace itself could be considered rare.

All you need to do is stand around Kamadan spamming "WTB - Ambrace"

But, yes, in one sense it's rare - it's rare to see someone with one. But not rare in the sense of "rarely drops".

Of course, now that most people H/H or Guildmate, most people never know if you have an uber rare weapon or not. (Except in PvP)

Believe it or not I like the look of the ever so common Briarwood scythe.

I dont think the op asked what are good looking scythes. He was asking about what are really rare ones.

Also like the clean lines of an Embossed Scythe, again not a rare.

A note on "rare" scythes, they dont really exist aparty from tormented.

As most "rare" nf scythes fetch little over 10k i think the op is better off just getting one s/he likes the look of

DESTROYER/ASURAN/INSECTOID/TOREMENTED are my fav and the saurian looks like a pokemon=garbage lol

Clockwork , demon tongue, tentacle, insectoid and steelhead scythes are the rarest scythes

kewl.. Didn't think anybody would res the thread but so far I've gathered a few nice greens. I was also referring to good looking scythe's.
Some of the Scythe's I've gathered so far:
Arachni's Scythe(Uses Insectoid skin, best looking one imo)
Bubahl's Grasp (Use it for Ebon Dust)
Droknar's Edge (Heath stealing, armor ignoring damage what more can I say )
Hand of the Forgotten (Same stats as Arachi's Scyte, But I liked the skin)
Asterius' Scythe (Same buddy that gave me Arachni's Scythe gave me this one)
