Razer Diamondback 3G settings.. reset?

Hello,
I recently bought myself a Razer Diamondback 3G mouse, which included some great additional software to set up the (extra) buttons on my mouse.
However, after trying to set the scroll button to a different one, it only worked temporarily. After about one hour of gaming, Guild Wars did not anymore recognise these buttons as the ones I set them up as. (7 & 8), instead, it returned to the original zoom-in/out.

I'm wondering if there's any way to disable the reset, or atleast find out what's wrong about it, as I personally love using this setup. Having your key bindings reset in the middle of a match can be very annoying.
