1 Req 9 Strength Gold unmodded (save the mods as -5 chance 20 is garbage)
1 Req 13 (either strength or tactics) Perfer Strength

And that is all.

100k +2 ectos

Edit: LOL, "-5/20 is garbage"... Right, whatever you say. If you're interested in my shield, I can easily take it off and knock off the +2 ectos.
