Guilds wars error 005 and 058, please help!

Hi i have just changed from virgin media to BT (with bt homehub) and when i try connecting to guild wars, sometimes i can log in but when ever i map i get either an error 005, 058 or even sometimes error07, my internet connection is fine... I can also not connect to the official guild wars website or the official guild wars wiki website. Is there anything i can do? I have been told that i would need to contact my isp about it but im sure theres another way, please help! #

btw im connecting from my bt home hub via ethernet cable

ummmmm im with SBC internet and i can get on the internet fine but when i load GW i get to login in screen then it says error 058. PLEASE HELP ME
