what are the names of the pre-searing locations in factions and night fall

Pre searing only exists in Prophecies.
Beginners islands in Factions and Nightfall are Shing Jea and Istan respectively.

But unlike pre, you can go back to shing jea and istan with any character.

Presearing is called presearing because it is before the Charr called the crystal meteor shower(searing) on Ascalon. Everything after that is post searing.
