Why can't I access EotN?

I've beaten Factions, I've beaten Prophecies, and I gave up on the steaming pile of shit known as Nightfall.

I have 22 million exp, I've far exceeded level 20.


Why can't I get to EotN?






AND YES, I'VE ADDED THE ACCESS KEY TO MY ACCOUNT, I'VE BEATEN EOTN ON THREE OTHER CHARACTERS.

Do you have all 200 attribute points ?

I don't know if this is a condition, but even if it isn't you should still get them. Also, contact support.

Simple question, did you do the quest you need to do?

More information. Which campaign are you trying to access it from? Did you do the quest? There are a million reasons you aren't able to access EotN.

Simple solution, just do the exact same thing as you did on the three characters that have already beaten EotN!

We'll, first, do the quest. Then, travel to eotn. Fairly simple.

There is a quest that you pickup from a person in one of the main towns (Lions Arch, Kamadan, Keining Center) that will lead you to a cave. Pickup the quest and there you go.

I think he knows that. Hmm, got me stumped - think support is your only option.

Never eliminate the most obvious answer.

Wow, try playing your other characters more if you have 22 million XP on one. Seriously though, since you say you have beaten GW:EN on 3 other characters, you know how to get there. If you are trying that method and it is not working for some reason, try explaining what is happening, and maybe post it as a bug.

I think there might be a bug in the preparation for the free access or the level 10+ thing, wait a while and try again?

No clue here either on the other hand, why cant people just be nice and polite!

Small tip. When making a post like this actually say why you can't access EotN. Without that it's kinda redundant
