Well I've found some people are willing to pay 300-500gp for creme brulees since they last 3x as long as your regular sugar rush items. I got 5 creme brulees, 4 fire waters and 5 common gold drops like Reapers Scythe and Dead Sword and Dead Bow and a couple of mesmer offhands. Really wish they would make a reapers staff for necros that looks like a scythe. It just goes with them so well.

First time I used a key I got a monk tome, my first ever one... kinda disappointing though. You rekon the drops from this chest are kinda bad because the keys are so easy to acquire and so many people are using them?
